The yound should restrict themselves to about once every three days, while the middle-aged should reduce to once a week, and the elderly even less than that...find the proper balance, and ou wil have a happy life and full spirituality."
Men will chose sexuality over spirituality
for they do not see one feeds from the other,
they consider sex seperate from spirit.
